We Claim the 2 Certificates of Integrity to Be a Lie!
Friday, April 30th, 2010
This post should start with an announcement that the name of a previous one is a lie. Viaden Media does not have three certificates of integrity from the most reputable independent testing facilities. Viaden Media has actually obtained THREE of them. We are proud to receive another Random Number Generator certificate. This time we suffered through a long certification way of iTech Labs due diligence testing.
I can’t but mention that the certification process was hard enough, but our RNG managed to pass all the tricky tests successfully. Though it is not the first time when our software is subjected to a thorough testing and audit, we always think about the success as of a victory of ours. Viaden Media is aimed at keeping its reputation of a reliable business partner focused on delivery of the most reliable software solutions, supreme in their quality. We create our software focusing on the main requirements imposed on casino solutions by all highly-regulated jurisdictions.
iTech Labs has evaluated shuffling for single deck (without joker and with 1 and 2 jokers), 4 decks, 6 decks and 8 decks of cards (all without jokers). iTech Labs has also conducted scaling tests for Dice games, Roulette games (American and European), Keno game, Bingo game and Spinning reel games (slots). The shuffling and scaling tests were conducted on large enough samples to give the calculations sufficient statistical power.
We are glad to announce that our efforts on improving our casino software solutions have resulted in getting one more certificate of integrity. This time it was issued to us by TST testing company, worldwide recognized for progressive testing methods and techniques. The testing facility is acknowledged to be a leader among online gambling systems testers by all the hghly-regulated jurisdictions. The Certificate of Integrity issued by the company is accepted as a proof of honesty and realibility by all of them.
After approximately two decades after the first casino started its business in Russia, Russian government has banned gambling across most of its territory forcing casino owners drive the industry underground. All casinos and slot-machine halls are outlawed from the day the ban has come into effect in June 2009. With the exception of four far-flung special zones, no gambling is now allowed across the Russian Federation.
Kentucky, a haven for gamblers who want to bet on horse racing, has hit a setback in its efforts to stop unregulated online casino gambling. In a 2-1 ruling Tuesday, the Kentucky Court of Appeals said the state does not have the jurisdiction to seize 141 online casinos’ Internet domain names in an effort to keep them from operating in the state. The ruling also said a Franklin Circuit Court judge cannot hold further hearings on the issue. “This is a tremendous victory for Internet freedom and the rights of Kentucky residents who enjoy playing online poker,” said John Pappas, executive director of the Poker Players Alliance, in a statement. It has been estimated that about 13,000 Kentuckians play the online casinos. Jay Blanton, a spokesman for Gov. Steve Beshear, said the state did not receive the ruling until late Tuesday. “We want to take some time to review it. No decision has yet been made on whether to appeal it to the state Supreme Court,” Blanton said.
